We Have Some New Ways of Communicating with You

The next time you come into our office for an appointment, you may notice some new ways that we are communicating with you and sending out information.

We are now sending billings statements via a company called Open Edge Pay, so if you have signed up to receive statements via text or email, you will need to set your phone and email to receive messages from openedgepay.com. Check your spam if you haven’t gotten a statement when you expected one.

Another new way that we are communicating with you is the way we are providing after-visit summaries and age-related handouts. Rather than giving you a paper version, these will now be provided digitally via an email link we will send you after your visit in the office. We will also provide vaccine information sheets in this way for patients receiving vaccines. So, please check those phone and email settings so that you don’t miss a thing from us!

We are also encouraging parents to utilize your child’s patient portal. It’s an important and useful tool for communicating with us, and for receiving valuable and timely information from our office. If you don't have a portal account yet, it's easy to create one. Simply click the "Patient Portal" button at the top of our website home page and follow the prompts.

Please be advised that a parent or legal guardian must accompany ALL patients under the age of 18 to ALL visits. If a minor shows up without a parent or guardian, the visit will need to be rescheduled.
