As your child’s primary care provider, we focus on the medical, psychological, and physiological health of our patients. Legal or personal issues involving divorce, separation, or custody agreements should remain between the parents. Our practice, providers, and staff are not parties to your legal or personal issues. We ask that you read our policy carefully and thoroughly. 

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality medical care. This goal is best achieved if everyone is aware of our policies. Your clear understanding of our financial policy is very important to our professional relationship.

Statement of Policy

The physicians and staff of JDC Pediatrics share a common philosophy: Patients are to be treated not simply as customers but as partners working together to keep you healthy. We will do all we can to deliver you the best quality of medical care and a pleasant patient experience. But we will also count on you to play your part in making our collaboration a success.

It is the policy of JDC Pediatrics to afford individuals with disabilities, who require the assistance of a service dog, equal opportunity to access our office.
