ADHD Management

We provide consultations and medication management for ADHD. If you think your child may have ADHD, or your child's teacher has recommended an evaluation, please click the button below to begin the process. You will be sent a packet of information and questionnaires to be completed by parents and teachers. Once these are completed and returned to our office, the physician will score them and we will call you to set up an initial ADHD evaluation appointment. At this appointment, your physician will discuss whether or not medication is recommended, and if so, what is involved with monitoring your child's progress. Children with an ADHD diagnosis will need to see the same physician for all ADHD visits AND well visits. In general, patients taking ADHD medication will need to be seen at least every 6 months for a medication check (one of these checks can be done at the same time as the well visit). 

Asthma Management

We provide medication management for asthma. If your child has been diagnosed with asthma, we will work with you to create an Asthma Action Plan (AAP), and update it when necessary. An AAP will need to be on file in order for your child to be allowed to receive/use asthma medications when at school, daycare or camps. Your child’s physician will determine how often follow-up visits are needed, based on your child’s symptoms and response to medication.
