Almost all children get respiratory syncytial virus ( RSV ) at least once before they are 2 years old. For most healthy children, RSV is like a cold. But some children get very sick with RSV.

Our office now has a limited supply of the vaccine available for our patients. The AAP and the CDC recommend everyone age 6 months and older get the updated fall 2024 COVID vaccine.

JDC Pediatrics now has flu vaccine available for our patients. The flu vaccine is recommended for all children 6 months through 18 years of age. This vaccine will provide protection through the 2024-2025 flu season, and your child should receive it as soon as possible.
