Meet Our Providers

Originally from New Hampshire, Dr. Mosher completed medical school at Penn State University in Hershey. Excited for a career wearing cartoon ties and “playing” all day, he pursued a pediatrics residency at the University of Connecticut. He then returned to Central PA to be with his wife, Ellen. Since then, a delightful daughter named Meredith has blessed their lives. 

When not spending time with his family, Dr. Mosher enjoys the outdoors as well as playing and writing music.
