Before you pick up the phone to call us for an appointment you may want to check “Is Your Child Sick”  on our website's home page. You will find helpful advice on managing your child’s symptoms.

"Is Your Child Sick?" is our online triage system that utilizes the same nurse triage protocols used by over 20,000 pediatricians and almost every children’s hospital. Just select your child’s symptom(s) from the list and you will be given basic instructions on how to manage the problem, when to seek medical care, and what symptoms warrant urgent care.

We are always here to answer your questions and happy to give you advice over the phone. But sometimes you may have a simple question regarding your child's symptoms and what they may mean, and a simple click may provide the information you are looking for.

This tool, along with our "Visual Symptom Checker" may provide an answer for you. Of course, if you need the reassurance of speaking to our staff, please know we are always here for you and do not hesitate to call us!
